30 July 2015 I work in a pvt ltd company where all the accounts are taken care of an auditor

1)While making monthly TDS payment he has taken AY 2015-16 instead of FY 2016-17.

He says he has resolved the issue. Pls let me know where in traces can i check this issue being resolved.

2) Is form 26AS enough to get the TDS refund or should we demand form 16a from the client.

3) In traces details of statements filed in FY 2015-16 for Q1 shows Processed with default. status for 24Q. Pls explain this.

30 July 2015 1 Check 26AS if corrected it will appear in the correct AY.
2 26AS is enough to get TDS refund.

04 August 2015 Where in 26AS i can find the the issue corrected.

Quarterly returns for the 1st quarter is filed for AY 2016-17. Where do i check if this is correctly filed

04 August 2015 Thanks Seetharaman. I have checked 26AS part G TDS DEFAULTS it shows only the interest on tds payments defaul and late filing fee u/s 2343E.

05 August 2015 we have changed the director and filed in MCA.

Now my MD want to check if the changes have taken place.

06 August 2015 TDS on overseas and local travel bills.
Please help me understand. TDS is supposed to be deducted only on the services redered or on the total amount.

My auditor is insisting to deducted the tds on total amount of the travel agent bill.

There is no break up in the bill like airfare and commission. It is a consolidated amount.
