Tcs in dealer to dealer transaction.

07 September 2016 If Dealer A sell vehicle to Dealer B on purchase cost. No profit. Than can A will deduct tcs from dealer B. Inv. Amt. 1400000/- Dealer B sold that vehicle to retail customer and deduct tcs from him. Pls give guidance.
