please help me for the following

I know TDs certificate = it is form 16A
for TCS (scrap sale) certificate = ? and is it qtrly or yrly is to give to party ?

please provide the name of tcs cert. and also it's format

21 September 2011 In case of TCS no separate certificate is require than the routine certificate.

It should be given yearly to the party.

21 September 2011 The form is 27D the form is attached from 1/4/2010, all TDS.TCS certificates have to be issued quarterly to the deductees/Collectees
