Taxation of debt oriented mf dividend in the hand of company

11 April 2016 Dear All,

As per my Knowledge the dividend income received by a unit holder on his debt MF schemes is tax free for individual and HUF .
My Question is whether above is applicable if the unit holder is Company ie tax free for company also?

16 April 2016 Its exempt in hands of company but MF will have to pay high DDT.
