He can also claim U/s. 80C?

If medical allowances giving by employer can he claim u/s 80D? up to wht extent?

10 December 2009 1.Education allowance Rs.100 Per child per month exempted maximum 2 child you can claim

You can claim 80C deduction also for Tution fees

Medical allowance fully taxable and U/s.80 D you can claim only medical insurance premuim paid not medical allowance recd
