Dear Experts, In previous block one of our employee has not performed any journey and we were giving him Rs. 2000 PM LTA, therefore we have deducted the TDS on this 2000/- also during the entire previous block, query, as per above stated query does this employee entitled to avail four journey or not in block 14-17,

Only one unused exemption for LTA can be carried forward to the next block. That too has to be used in the first year of the block, i.e. 2014.
