Tax treatement of private specific trust

21 November 2015 Sir,

one of my client having private trust its is generating income from house property having rental income of Rs 32,80,241 , here my query is whether Income will be taxable in hand of Trustees or beneficiaries and further if it in hand of trustee having 4 trustee how taxable income is treated in hands of trustees . if in case taxable in hand of beneficiaries what will be the tax treatment . Kindly advance
