the query is very vague. Whether u require rate of depreciation? or the he is in need of rate of Income Tax. the rate of Depreciation will be 15% p.a.
And the rate of income tax depends on the status of the assessee. If Individual or HUF it again depends on the slab rates and other assessees the rate of tax will be 30% + EC
