Tax rate & abatments in case of work contract service.

03 November 2012 There is an firm which has gross receipt from work contract of Rs. 1 Cr. & is newly registered under service tax.
Please guide how should i calculate the tax amount, should opt for composition scheme or as an normal dealer.
