Tax provision applicable on unregistered trust

Dear sir,plz suggest me the calculation of tax provision applicable on trust not registered u/s 12 having only income from interest amounting to 9 lacs had not contributed for any charitable purpose during the year.

Trust will be taxed as per slab rate.
08 September 2016
but now return becomes defective...yesterday u got the notice u/s 139(9) . for revising the return &get its account audited u/s 12(1)(b)
