18 December 2014 Normally the agreement to sale consists a CLAUSE of payment terms or Mode of payment e.g.
Rs.xxxxxx on or before xx/xx/xxxx
Rs yyyyyyy on or before xx/xx/xxxx etc.
The same is sufficient
