06 July 2015 If an individual have only short term capital gain of 30000 on shares no other income while filing his Itr did he need to pay tax ??

06 July 2015 No need to pay tax as it is below the basic exemption limit.

06 July 2015 sorry my mistake here,,,the STCG will be included in the total income itself
