Dear sir,
A Public Limited company which is not listed wants to distribute dividends to its shareholders. What are the rates of taxes for dividend distributed by a Public Ltd Company which is not listed.

the company is required to pay dividend distribution tax as provided under section 115-O of the Income-tax Act 1961
