(C) - Reg in Maharashtra


(A)purchase material from(C)and sell to (B) but delivery at Maharashtra.

Then what would be Tax liability of (A) &(B).

11 June 2015 if c sell goods to gujrat and charge cst, but goods not cross the border of maharastra, then it charges local vat.
