Tax in case of non resident

27 February 2015 Dear Members,

I have a query.
One of our client is in Navy. During the FY 2012-13, he was on board for 194 Days, i.e., he was a non resident. Company paying him salary is registered in Mumbai.
So whether Such salary is taxable in India or not.

Employer has not deducted any TDS on such salary.
