EXEMPTED GOODS ARE TAXABLE UNDER DIFF. SCHEDULE, BUT BECAUSE OF INCENTIVES, IN HANDS OF SPECIFIED CATAGORY OF DEALERS OR MANUFACTURER EXEMPTION IS GRANTED BY NOTIFICATION.
