Tax deducted on foreign income

15 September 2015 I have a proprietary firm which had foreign income of 15Lakhs. Foreign company deducted TDS at 30%. I have expenses of about 50% of the income.

What percentage of TDS is adjustable from my computation?

15 September 2015 As you have already paid 30% foreign TDS you can claim relief in the ITR on the tax payable in India on this income.
