For the Purpose of clause 21(a) of tax audit report for AY 2014-15 Penalty or Interest paid on statutory payment such as tds, service tax etc. Should be disclosed under the head, Expenditure by way of penalty or fine for violatation of any law for the time being in force if not can please state me the clause where it need to be shown.
