18 June 2013 I am doctor by profession providing service to hospital & get the receipt under sec 194J. In F.y 2011-12 my gross receipt is Rs.16 Lacs. so I am under tax audit. But in F.Y 2012-13 my gross receipt is Rs.18 Lacs. Then whether i have to tax audit or not. As last year i was in tax audit. Pls guide

audit is not required this f y 2012-13
