 My Dought is pvt ltd company received professional fees of 28 lacs, tds on the same is deducted u/s 194J by deductor, whether this pvt ltd company liable is taxable........pls reply me....

 Tax audit u/s 44AB of the IT Act,1961 is not required in view of the decision in Daljit Singh Eye Hospital Pvt Ltd's case reported in 90 ITD 235
