in case client forget password as well as securitty q also then how to login on nsdl for correction tds return??

contact TIN Call centre at Tel: 91-20-2721 8080.
They will mail you the password to your e-mail account given at the time of TAN Registration.
Also try the option reset password.

actually previously the tds file was with other c.a nw the client has transfrred it to us...then??

Then you need to retrieve the details from earlier CA.
Else call at above no. And tell them the problem. They will send a you a mail with few formats. You will have to write a letter along with Board resolution and Undertaking letter format as provided by them.
