AFTER SURRENDERING THE ST REGISTRATION ONLINE WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCEDURE? WHETHER WE HAVE TO SUBMIT THE COPY OF SURRENDERED ST2 ALONG WITH THE 3 YEARS BALANCE SHEET, P & L AND COPY OF 6 HALF YEARLY RETURNS.

26 June 2016 after filing of online application for surrender of service tax registration.. you have to submit a declaration along with the copy of last Years audited financial statements, copies of service tax returns for the last year and st returns till date, original st registration certificate
