Please advice whether supply of earth/soil for land filling and levelling work is taxable under VAT or not please provide any case law if possible

19 October 2014 earth / soil is minor mineral are taxable commodity. Supply and leveling work is covered by work contract, where in property in soil or earth gets transferred therefore is liable for vat.
