05 August 2015 if salary employee obtained TDS certificate ie form 16 or 16a,is it required to submit a return of income separately,if net total income less than 5 lacs pa?

06 August 2015 Earlier there was a notification to exempt salaried person to file a return if the income less than 5 lakhs

But now the same is not extended , hence salaried persons have to file the return either online / paper.

if above 5 lakhs online filing is mandatory.
