03 June 2016 sir iam NRI having propety in India I want sale and repatriate money to foreign acccc whether I required to file form 15 .ca

03 June 2016 you need to file 15CA at the time of transfer of funds out of India.

03 June 2016 As your gain on sale is taxable you need also to file 15CB.
