 Dear Sir

Is There any tax for transferring stock from bangalore branch to mumbai branch.

what are the documents to be furnished for stock transfer

 there is no tax on stock transfer from one branch to the other. but you will have to produce F forms under cst act to prove such stock transfer since the stock transfer in this case is interstate.
