whether stipend increased to 3000 p.m for last year of articleship if yes then plz give me source with date of notice..thank you

No.The minimum stipend rates which have been doubled are still not effective since the approval from the Central Government is pending. So the minimum stipend for last year of articleship stands at Rs.1500/- p.m.
