Stamping on C form

07 March 2011 Under KVAT, dealer can take print of C form online and can issue to dealer. As per the Circular 002/2010-11 from CCT, Bangalore Department stamp on these C form was mandotory. Is this rule still exists? or can we issue the C form without stamp!

However Karnataka CST dept is accepting printed C forms from AP and Kerala without stamping . You can check specificaly whether AP and Kerala also doing the same for the C forms issued from Karnataka dealers. I am providing a outline only, please cheack in detail.
