22 September 2016 If any stamp duty on agriculture loan & Kishan cash credit in Gujarat?

23 September 2016 I can give a general reply .in Kisan credit card there is one document that is hypotgecation agreement that to be stamped as per state law. I do not know Gujarat Govt have brought notification regarding about it

23 September 2016 If the agri loan is long term or medium term then there will be term loan agreement that also to be stamped subject to the state law regarding this
