The following are the Services for which Proprietorship concern would be liable under reverse charge mechanism.

1) Insurance agent services
2) Goods Transport Agency only if Proprietorship concern is a registered factory or dealer under excise act

3) Legal Services
4) Support services
5) Rent a cab services
6)Import of services
