23 April 2016 Dear Sir,
My client has not paid ST for the period 1/4/2015 to 30/9/2015 therefore i have filed Nil ST return on 16/10/2015 but now client want to pay ST for the same period, plz let me know how to deal with such circumstances however No ST return can be revise,

23 April 2016 Sir why i need to write to range superindent....if for filling return then superindent may ask me why you have filed Nil return if there was tax liability in that case problem may be arries...

23 April 2016 You are not allowed to revise the return but you are informing the payment of service tax to the dept.

23 April 2016 Nil return remain the same. Only inform the range superindent is enough. Due this voluntary compliance you can be out of penalty levies.

And weather we will get any acknowledgment
