28 August 2015 Dear Sir, Kindly help me out whether to file the ST-3 return by man power supply as they come under RCM for the period April-15 to September - 2015. If not, what is to be done? Since they are having service tax registration... Regards, AK

29 August 2015 Once you have obtained the Service Tax Registration you have to file ST3 return, be it NIL Return.
