> T.D.S on Advertisement Expenses Rs. 40L Rate of T.D.S 2%, But problem ye hai books of Accounts jo hai wo F.Y 2012-2013 se related hai. or party T.D.S liabilities ko jama nhi karna chahta hai, kiyoki unki party ko iska claim nhi mil payega, party ne iss year ki return submit nhi ki hai. iss liye wo unko iss tds amount ko refund nhi karegi.
Iss liye wo TDS ko pay nhi karna chahte hai
But wo iss year ki Income tax liability ko pay karne ke liye ready hai. please give me any solution how to clear this problem
