 PLZ TELL ME THE DETAILED PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION OF SOLE PROPRIETARY CONCERN(TRADING ACTIVITY) IN VAT. ALSO REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED.

 You have not mentioned the state in which you want to register. I think you should visit the site of that particular state's commercial tax website where you may find answer to your question.
