28 June 2016 pls see law & by-laws in which always a clause write that no member can take directly or indirectly take any benefits from the society.

28 June 2016 sir this not the law , pls dig out the base document of your society, you have already submit with the bank, if you have bank a/c or any statutory authority you are given. pls take it form the society office or officer who make the correspondance with the govt deptt.
