Assessee is Individual and Source of Income is Rent.

Aggregate value of taxable service in F.Y.2014-15
is less than 10 lakhs

Aggregate value of taxable service in F.Y. 2015-16
is RS Rs.10,15,000/-



Now Service Tax is payable on rs. 10,15,000 or only on Rs.15,000/-?
