 Deal All,
A Pvt Ltd Co has A, B & C as director.
Now C wants to retire and D is to be appointed can a single resolution be passed for the same. If Yes kindly send me the sample. Further can Single Form-32 be filed.

 Hi

No, you will pass two resolutions one for appointment and second for resignation.

Yes, you can file single Form-32 for both.
