What if the director of the company is not able to sign the annual tax return ?

Can a CA with valid POA from the company digitally sign the tax return of the company?

24 August 2012 No there are no provision of the same under income tax act.

24 August 2012 Further if one of the director of the company is not able to sign the return, thn in such case the other director shall do the same.
