sir I am completed by 3 years articalship with my artical registered CA and now he get shifted to another area and I am not able to get his sign on my ca IPCC exam form can I prefer to another CA for signature

If you have completed your articleship training, then you can take the signature from any CA on the certificate of service application.

Yes, on certificate of service also you need to obtain the signature and then scan and upload on the examination portal. This is mandatory from this examination on wards.
