Sign on Exam Form in case of Absence of principal (Students)

Hi

I am filling the online exam form for the Nov10 exams.
I wanted to know whether the PDF file that is generated needs to be signed by the Principal only or any Member of ICAI can sign that? Since my principal is not available currently upto 3rd Sep.
