Presuming that you reside in Maharashtra. You can log on to mahashramm.gov.in and create your user ID. Then go to shop registration and fill in the details. The requisite fees can be paid in SBI branch. All branches do not accept it . So you have to check which branch has this facility.You will need the identity proof and address proof of the proprietor/HUF/Company.
