1) Procedure for shifting of registered office from one state to another
2) Forms and attachments to be filed
3) Documents required
4) Total cost involved (out of pocket and professional fees)

22 October 2016 Hold the Board meeting to consider the proposal for holding EGM
Hold EGM and pass special resolution by taking approval from members.
file MGT 14 within 30 days of passing special resolution
Attachments
certified copy of special resolution
Altered MOA &AOA

Draft the notice one in regional newspaper and one in English newspaper clearly stating the substance of petition.
Those whose intrest is likely to be affected may intimate RD within 21 days of notice
list of creditors shall be of atleast 2 months from making of petition.
take NOC from creditors and particularly from Banks and financial institutions that they have no objection from changing registered office from one state to another
file the copy of petition with RD in form INC 23 along with hard copy of petition to be submited physically to RD.

AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER OF RD, FILE ORDER OF RD IN FORM NO INC 28 .
FORM INC 28 CAN ONLY BE APPROVED WHEN INC 23 HAS BEEN APPROVED
FILE FORM INC 22 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE WITH ROC
