I would like to know shareholding pattern of one of the listed co. I want top 100 shareholder's name and % of holding. i already search it at MCA but i could't get same even payment of fees.

Just go to the website of the company, where the company is hosting quarterly shareholding pattern else search at Exchange's site, where Exchange is also hosting the details of quarterly shareholding pattern as submitted by the company. On MCA site, take the copy of Annual return, if the list of shareholder attached with that.

thanx BUT i SEarch same at MCA,BSE as well as Company WEbsite but I could not get list of top shareholder.in MCA i COUld not found form 20B for 31/3/10(i download doc. all by Payment of FEes), in BSE also TOP s.h list not found,Company WEBsite they are not mention detail list of TOP Shareholder. i also make call to share transfer agent/company investor dep. but they refuse to give me they say form 20b already file with MCa and U have to get the same from them but at Mca no Data after 31/3/08 are availble .
