23 July 2014 If shares are transferred in company, then which form we have to file as per new act.

24 July 2014 For the law regarding share transfer kindly refer section 56 of the Companies Act 2013. Now we have to use form SH-4 for the purpose of share transfer. You may download this form from the link given below:
