whether after doing sub-division of share shre certificate can be reshuffle or new share certificate can be issued from distinictive No.1?????????

On subdivision, replace all existing certificates with new certificates. In the new certificate state prominently on the face of Share certificate“Issued in lieu of share certificate No..... subdivided”
