18 October 2014 Dear Sir,
Is there any limit of share numbers in one share certificate?
Example: 100 shares are alloted of Rs.10 each, so how many share certificate need to issue.

18 November 2014 No any limit, but normally they are in the denomination of 50 or 100. Now a days, after d mat, this concept has lost its importance.
