Set off of vat permisable for electricity bill

10 October 2011 manufacturing company are laible to take set off of vat on electricity bill. Kindly advice with section and ref. rule.

10 October 2011 According to my knowledge, Electricity is not liable to VAT, because it is not a goods.

12 October 2011 If the VAT is charged on EB, it can be deducted from VAT payment.
