Hello sir,
Please guide me on service tax applicability if a real estate company receives a service for execution of softscape in park, digging of pits, leveling, plantation works, including dibbling of lawn grass.

The service tax liability of on service provider. The service recipient are in limited services liability of service tax. in this matter no need to pay service tax to real estate company.
