We have already registered as service receiver and having STC. Presently we have using single registration for two different units/ division within a same premises. Now we are starting new unit of same entity at other place/city(state), whether we are require to take new STC for new unit or using the same for new unit for paying service tax as service reciver. Kindly suggest.

The decision is to be taken by the company as it is a business decision. you may continue to pay service tax with the old registration no but pls intimate it to the service tax authority for including you new place of business in your registration certificate.
