20 September 2014 if a person own truck & gave their truck to booking agency. Is liable to pay service tax on amount received from them?

20 September 2014 If truck is given on rent and his total rent income exceeds basic exemption limit (i.e. Rs.10 lacs p.a.) then he is liable to service tax.
